Kristina Allard

About Kristina: Kristina is a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and AFAA Certified Yoga Teacher. She loves inspiring others to find their inner passion for health and wellness. Her goal is to reach every person’s heart that comes to her class and help them find their inner fire to keep working towards healthy goals.

Specialties: Working with all types of people, with a variety of goals. Reaching the hearts of people to inspire, motivate, and create change.

Kristen Roe

About Kristen: Kristen is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at the Court House. Her training journey started in Eastern Oregon where she earned her a Bachelors of Science in Physical Activity and Public Health from Eastern Oregon University. Soon after graduating she moved to Scottsdale, AZ and pursued a personal training certification though the National Academy of Sports Medicine. After getting certified Kristen branched into multiple realms of training and soon after became a Senior Fitness Specialist as well. She feels very blessed to have the opportunity to work with people of all ages and backgrounds with her main goal of inspiring those she comes into contact with to implement healthy habits that enrich lives.

Carla Montufar

About Carla: Carla started martial arts at the age of 7 at her father’s dojo and she is a second degree black belt. She also spends time training people in martial arts and boxing classes for competitions. Her other love is dance and she began teaching Zumba at the age of 18. Zumba is a great part of her life and she loves to encourage others to dance and have fun!

Specialties: Carla has a keen ability to motivate and inspire new and advanced students alike to simply let loose, have fun, and enjoy life through movement.

Matthew Pronesti BS, NASM CPT.

About Matthew: Matt was born and raised in Medford, OR. He’s a former varsity student-athlete for South Medford High School, Division II, and Division I collegiate athlete. He has experience in performance training as well as rehab based exercises. As a trainer his focuses will be around athlete development, form training, and sports performance training as well as post rehabilitation strengthening and general fitness.

Jayson Tonkin, NASM Certified Personal Trainer

About Jayson: Jayson Tonkin, BS, NASM CPT, has over 30 years of experience in athletic and personal training.  A prior collegiate athlete at SOU (SOCS), former competitive power lifter and bodybuilder, Jayson enjoys all areas of fitness from athletic sports conditioning, post rehabilitation, special populations to general health. Jayson’s main focus will be, emphasizing sports specific/athletic training, personal training, nutrition coaching.
