OUR VISION

The Court House is a unique and affordable family fitness facility in southern Oregon. With indoor turf and court availability, whether you are discovering fitness, maintaining a healthy lifestyle or training for your favorite sport or event, we offer the perfect atmosphere to help you reach your personal goals! Our campus has over 55,000 square feet and 5 acres dedicated to training. We offer amenities for the whole family.

 

MEMBERSHIP PRICING

At Court House our dedication to the fitness and well-being of southern Oregon drives us to bring you affordable access in a creative fitness environment. You are unique. Your gym should be, too. One-time $10 access fob purchase. One full calendar month notice in writing to cancel. Last month’s dues paid upon sign-up.

Membership Definitions:

Individual: One (1) person

Couple: Married, domestic partners, parent/child (children must be under 21)

Family: Up to 4 family members, does not include grandparents, aunts/uncles, etc. (children must be under 21). Family members must live at the same address, with the exception of college students. The fifth and sixth family members (and so on) are billed at an additional $10 monthly each.

Minor Members at the Court House:

Minors are eligible for membership at the Court House at the age of 7 years. 

Minor members ages 7-9:
– Must be within eyesight of a parent member at all times.
– May only participate on the courts and the turf.
– May not go into the strength or cardio areas under any circumstance.
Minor members ages 10-13:
– May be in the facility without parents during staffed hours.
– May not go into any other area of the facility aside from the turf and the courts unless they are with a parent member.
– May not be in the facility without a parent during non-staffed hours.
Minor members ages 14+:
– May use the strength area and the cardio area, in addition to the courts and the turf.

GROUP STRENGTH – Group Strength is one hour of pure weight training. Challenge yourself, build strength, and develop endurance while improving balance and coordination.

CYCLING – This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Beginner or advanced riders welcome! (45 minutes)

SALSA BOXING – Salsa Boxing is a fun family group exercise class. It combines Latin rhythms along with new pop music to make a fun upbeat cardio class. We incorporate boxing drills with Latin dance salsa, merengue, bachata and hip hop. This class is for any age and fitness level.

ZUMBA – This class is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO FOLLOW ALONG.”

AB Attack – AB Attack is a 30-minute class which targets and strengthens the abdominals and core area.  This short but highly effective workout is the key to developing a stronger stomach, obliques and lower back. Every plane of motion will be attacked! 

GENTLE YOGA -This class is set to calm, inspiring music, will warm up the muscles from head to toe, while creating lean, strong muscle tone and improved flexibility and strength.  Appropriate for all levels and anyone looking to develop a yoga practice.

H.I.I.T. CIRCUIT – High-intensity interval training is a technique in which you power out maximum effort in quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short rest & recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 45 minutes with the perfect combo of cardio and strength.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS – Train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. We incorporate, resistance training and cardio work to make you stronger for tomorrow!

POWER CIRCUIT TRAINING – A fun and fast moving circuit class consisting of 6-12 stations. We combine H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training), fun drills and use equipment such as kettlebells, resistance tubing, and Bosu Balls.

PILATES – This class focuses on balancing all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.

BOOT CAMP – We will focus on increasing muscle strength and cardio endurance by doing various plyometric and cardio intervals with little rest between exercises.

R.I.P.P.E.D – Combines Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Core training. Designed to help everybody meet their ultimate fitness goals in a super fun group exercise environment.

High Fitness – High Fitness transforms old school aerobics into simple and modern fitness techniques, combining HIIT, plyometrics and dance movements. This results in a high energy, intense and crazy fun workout! 

Inner Athlete  – Train like an athlete! We combine sprints, drills, plyometrics, TRX, and resistance training to get you in top shape. Prepare to sweat, get stronger and unleash your INNER ATHLETE!

Barre – Barre is a fusion of yoga, pilates, strength training, and ballet. This class improves strength, balance, flexibility, and posture and is suitable for all fitness levels.

Cardio Basketball – Get your heartrate up with this fun twist on a cardio class! You don’t need to be a basketball player to enjoy. This class will incorporate speed, agility, balance, and footwork through basketball fundamentals.
