America’s Best Kids Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. How do I contact ABK and start? You can contact ABK by phone (541) 245-0432; fax (541) 245-1582 or E-mail us at customerservice@abkfun.com. Many of our programs offer a free trial class or evaluation. To schedule a free trial class or evaluation please call us.  If you are ready to register for a class we offer easy and convenient online enrollment for many of our classes and special events. To enroll online login to our customer portal via our website www.abkfun.com or through our mobile app America’s Best Kids.
  2. How do I pay my child’s tuition? Automatic withdrawal on the 1st or 5th of each month. A courtesy reminder statement is sent via email prior to the first of the month.  Tuition is considered late if received after the 5th of each month and be charged a late fee of $5.00. Credit/debit card payments can be processed at the front desk, by phone or through our Online Parent Portal.
  3. What is the annual registration fee? The annual registration fee (also known as the membership fee) is charged to any student enrolled at America’s Best Kids.  The membership fee is valid for a year from the date the membership fee is paid.  The annual registration fee is charged to your account the following year if the student is still enrolled in a program. Karate is the only program without a registration fee.  Karate students are considered members if they are actively enrolled.  When a student drops karate, they are then considered a non-member.  If a karate student enrolls into an additional program or transfers from karate to a different program at ABK, then a registration fee is required. 
  4. How do I cancel my child’s class or enrollment? One calendar month notice is required for cancellation of a class or membership. Notice must be given via the cancellation form prior to the first of the month to cancel for the end of the following month. A confirmation email will be sent once your cancellation has been received. 

Court House Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Membership Definitions:Individual: One (1) personCouple: married, domestic partners, parent/child (children must be under 21)Family: Up to 4 family members, does not include grandparents, aunts/uncles, etc. (children must be under 21). Family members must live at the same address, with the exception of college students. The fifth and sixth family members (and so on) are billed at an additional $10 monthly each.
  2. Age Restrictions: Minor members ages 7-9: Minors must always be within eyesight of a parent member, may only participate on the courts and the turf, and may not go into the strength and cardio areas under any circumstances.

Minor members ages 10-13: Minors may be in the facility without parents during staffed hours, may not go into any other area of the facility aside from the turf and the courts unless they are with a parent member, and may not be in the facility without a parent during non-staffed hours.

Minor members ages 14 and up: Minors can use the strength area and the cardio area, in addition to the courts and turf.

  1. Spa and Sauna Rules: Under 12 years old no access, 12-15 only with adult supervision.
  2. How do I pay for my memberships each month? Automatic withdrawal on the 1st of each month.
  3. Guest Pass: One FREE day pass. Limited to one per year. Additional guest passes can be purchased for $10.00 at the front desk.
  4. Cancellations: Cancel anytime with a full calendar months’ notice. Go to abkfun.com – Contact – Cancellation Web Form.
  1. Membership Hold: Hold requests must be a minimum of 30 days and can’t be done retroactively. Go to abkfun.com – Contact – Court House Hold Form.
  2. Do I have access to both gyms? If you are a member of the Court House you also have access to Athletic Edge, our 24-Hour facility located next to ABK. 1914 Sky Park Drive/ Medford OR/ 97504
  3. Adult pick-up games: M-F 12:00 – 1:30     M / F 6:30 – 9:00       T / W / Th 7- 9
  1. Child Care at The Court House: Currently we offer child care with no reservation needed.    Reservation requirements may change in the future, we will keep you informed.
  1. Group Fitness Classes: No reservation needed, and we will keep you informed of any changes.

  1. Lost and found: All lost and found items are kept for one week, then donated.

Athletic Edge Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Swipe key fob at each visit.
  2. Do not let anyone else in on your key fob. This constitutes as trespassing. Drop in day passes are available at the customer service office. 
  3. Equipment: Please wipe down after use and put away weights and equipment after use.
  4. Personal Music: Can only be listened to with earbuds or headphones.
  5. Save time and start the process online using our “New Customer Registration”. Athletic Edge is open 24/7 to members. We have a one-time $10 access fob purchase.
