ABK dance classes encourage growth in physical coordination, self-esteem, discipline, and motivation. Students enrolled in our program will progress at their own pace, whether it be through the basic techniques of ballet, the rhythm and unique stylization of jazz, or upbeat variations of old and new hip hop dance moves. Our goal as a dance program is to help each student set and achieve their own goals, teach students awareness of their bodies in motion and self-confidence, and contribute to a happy and healthy lifestyle.
