Soccer is the most played sport on the globe and has earned its universal nickname as the Beautiful Game. The sport requires skill, athleticism and quick thinking. Designed by a coach nationally licensed by the U.S. Soccer Federation, ABK Soccer Academy at The Court House is designed to develop the whole soccer player to excel in each aspect of the game.

Students are taught foot skills through repeated touches on the ball. Players learn ball control that takes them to the next level. Academy players are encouraged to incorporate skills into the scrimmages.
Players are developed through activities that foster and improve balance, speed and coordination with and without the ball. Repeated movements create muscle memory that makes the skills fluid on the field.
Soccer is a fast-changing game. Players develop skills that enhance their abilities to adapt quickly to the changes in the game. Players are encouraged to be creative and make quick decisions under pressure.
Soccer Cadets (2-4 yrs.) 45 minutes
Parent participation required
With the help of the instructor, students will learn balance, coordination and ball skills while using soccer as a medium for fun games and exercises!
Junior Academy (4-6 yrs.) 45 minutes
Students will learn ball handling skills while maximizing individual touches on the ball. The Junior Academy program centers on the philosophy of building the individual player as a whole in order to have success in the game. Speed and agility activities help the player build balance and coordination. Fun games encourage a love of the game. Creativity is encouraged in the class scrimmages.
Soccer Academy (7-13 yrs.) 1 hour
Academy students learn ball handling skills while maximizing individual touches on the ball. The Academy program centers on the philosophy of building the individual player as a whole in order to have success in the game. Speed and agility activities are incorporated for the purpose of preparing the student’s physique for the demands of the skills. Students learn feints, attacking, and defending skills in addition to goalkeeping, passing and receiving under pressure. Fun games foster a love of the game and creativity is encouraged as students learn to solve problems that present themselves in the scrimmages.
*Students 4 and older should bring shin guards to each class.
