Variety of pedal speeds, hand weights & resistance bands to maximize calorie burn. Designed to allow your body to continue to burn calories long after you have finished your ride.

Cycle with invigorating music & lights (lights are Tues 6 am) to inspire sprints, hill climbs, flat roads & intervals for a challenging & fun ride. Excellent cardio-focused workout! All fitness levels.
