SALSA BOXING- FAMILY CLASS!

Combines pop music and boxing with Latin dance and hip hop. Ages 7 and up.

CYCLING

Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Beginner or advanced riders welcome!
