GROUP STRENGTH
Pure weight training. Challenge yourself using a combination of barbells, dumbbells & plates to develop strength, power & endurance.
GUNS & BUNS

Targets arms & rear view! Designed to tone, lift & pump your, er… heart rate up, using weights, bands, & intervals. Start your morning burning calories & building strength. All fitness levels.

H.I.I.T. & ABS

High intensity interval training is max effort in intense bursts followed by short recovery periods. Develop a stronger core & lower back.

H.I.I.T. CYCLE

Rigorous training sequence with bursts of high-intensity intervals to build cardiovascular fitness, improve strength & endurance. Variety of pedal speeds, hand weights & resistance bands to maximize calorie burn. Designed to allow your body to continue to burn calories long after you have finished your ride.

POWER CIRCUIT

Bring your inner athlete! Stations set up to work at your own pace,combining H.I.I.T., fun drills & use equipment such as kettlebells, resistance tubing & Bosu Balls.

RHYTHM CYCLE

Tempo driven, choreographed movements to target entire body. If you like to work hard, ride to the beat, & try new things, this class is all you! Fat burning, endurance& metabolic conditioning- take the ride!

RUN CLUB MONDAY
BEGINNER

Monday’s Beginner runs will start in the lobby of the Court House (fob check-in) and then will move outside to the pavement, for a few miles of an easy run. Meet by 5 am sharp. 

RUN CLUB WEDNESDAY
INTERMEDIATE/ ADVANCED

Wednesday’s Intermediate/ Advanced run wstart in the lobby of the Court House (fob check-in) and then moves outside to the pavement, for several miles of a more advanced run. Meet by 5 am sharp.

RUN CLUB FRIDAY
ALL LEVELS

Fridays All Levels runs begins in the lobby of the Court House (fob check-in) and then moves outside to the pavement, for a few miles of an easy fun run. Meet by 5 am sharp.

SALSA BOXING

Combines pop music & boxing with Latin dance & hip hop.

SPORTS CONDITIONING

Combines free weights, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls & body weight exercises to enhance muscle mass & cardiovascular endurance. Prepare to be pushed to your limits and walk out feeling better, faster & stronger!

STRENGTH & POWER

Functional power, endurance & strength training through weight training variables such as supersets, drop sets and single sets! Includes short intervals of cardio and core work.

STRETCH & STRENGTH

Half strength training utilizing body weight, resistance bands & other modalities. Half full body stretch & relaxation techniques. MARCH: Converting to GUNS AND BUNS.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

Full-body workout to enhance muscle mass & achieve cardio endurance. Prepare to be pushed to your limits! PM class in GF Rm 1.

TURN IT UP CYCLE

Cycle with invigorating music & lights (lights are Tues 6 am) to inspire sprints, hill climbs, flat roads & intervals for a challenging & fun ride. Excellent cardio-focused workout!  All fitness levels.

ZUMBA

Fusion of Latin & International music/dance themes that create a dynamic & exciting workout. Fun & easy!
