Work Out From Home!

We are all doing our part for social distancing. But that doesn’t mean we can’t still work out from home!  Here’s one workout you can do at home- we have more posted on our Stay Connected page!

So many classes! All clases ages 10 and up. Classes denoted as 'FAMILY' classes are for ages 7 and up. Free for Court House members and $10 for guests. Click on photos below for individual class schedule.

BOOT CAMP

Increase muscle strength and cardio endurance with plyometric and cardio intervals.

HIGH FITNESS

Transforms old school aerobics, combining HIIT, plyometrics and dance. High energy, crazy fun workout!

GROUP STRENGTH

Pure weight training. Build strength and endurance while improving balance and coordination.

POWER CIRCUIT TRAINING

Combines H.I.I.T., fun drills and equipment such as kettlebells and Bosu Balls.

GENTLE FLOW YOGA

Gentle, breath-linked practice that fluidly presents basic poses, with emphasis on alignment principles.

BARRE

Fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training, and ballet. Improves strength, balance, flexibility and posture. Suitable for all levels.

PILATES

Balances muscle group strength and flexibility with an emphasis on challenging the core with each movement.

CARDIO BASKETBALL- FAMILY CLASS!

Fun cardio twist! Speed, agility, balance, and footwork. You don’t need to be a basketball player!

FIT FACTORY

A full body workout to enhance muscle mass while achieving cardio endurance.  Prepare to be pushed to your limits!

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Train your muscles to work together, incorporating resistance training and cardio.

H.I.I.T. CIRCUIT

High intensity interval training is max effort in intense bursts followed by short recovery periods. Burn more fat in less time.

SALSA BOXING

Combines pop music and boxing with Latin dance and hip hop.

AB ATTACK

Targets the abs and core. Develops a stronger stomach, obliques and lower back.

CYCLING

Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Beginner or advanced riders welcome!

CYCLE FUSION

Intense combo class of indoor cycling and strength training.  Work the heart and strengthen the muscles.

H.I.I.T. CYCLE

“Lunchtime” has a whole new meaning with this 35 minute ride through intervals, hills, and climbs. Go back to work feeling energized!

ZUMBA

Fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout. Fun and easy!

POWER FLOW YOGA

Powerful, energetic form of Yoga with stronger poses and longer holds. Modify or amplify for all levels!

FUNCTIONAL YOGA

Well-rounded practice focusing on anatomy and structural stability, optimizing joint mechanics. All levels!

TABATA

High-intensity interval training consists of 8 rounds of exercises and rest. Finish with a nice stretch! 

STRETCH AND STRENGTH

Half strength training utilizing body weight, resistance bands, and other modalities. Half full body stretch and relaxation techniques.

ALL-STAR ABS AND GLUTES

Build the glutes and tone the abs via resistance training and core circuts. Rock that Insta booty in no time!

ZUMBA TONING

Targeted body sculpting exercises. High energy cardio paired with Latin-infused Zumba.
