High intensity interval training is max effort in intense bursts followed by short recovery periods. Develop a stronger core & lower back.

TURN IT UP CYCLE TU/TH
6:00am & 5:30pm

Cycle with invigorating music & lights (lights are Tues 6 am) to inspire sprints, hill climbs, flat roads & intervals for a challenging & fun ride. Excellent cardio-focused workout!  All fitness levels. *MARCH: Tues 6am staying the same. Thurs 6am & Tues 5:30pm converting to RHYTHM CYCLE. Thurs 5:30pm coverting to H.I.I.T. CYCLE.

SPORTS CONDITIONING FRI 6:00am Starts March 5th!

Combines free weights, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls & body weight exercises to enhance muscle mass & cardiovascular endurance. Prepare to be pushed to your limits and walk out feeling better, faster & stronger!
