Caterpillars

A gentle and engaging class designed for infants ages 0–6 months and their parent. Through songs, music, movement, and sensory activities, babies will begin exploring their world while developing early motor skills. Parents and babies will enjoy gentle stretching, yoga-inspired movements, and strengthening exercises that support healthy development, bonding, and connection. This nurturing class provides a welcoming environment to encourage growth, interaction, and fun for both baby and caregiver.

Perfect for busy schedules! Join classes whenever you'd like with flexible drop-in options and no commitment. Drop-in's must be booked online in advance. Drop-in's are charged immediately & are non-refundable.

Summer Special! Drop-in classes are just $16.50/class through the summer as we launch our new program. Beginning in September, the drop-in rate will increase to the regular rate.
