Party Details

  • Party consists of 45 minutes of coach-led activity followed by 45 minutes of “table” time for food, cake, & presents. Parent provides food, drinks, cups, plates, napkins and utensils. *MEGA Parties consist of 120 minutes of activity and 60 minutes of “table” time.
  • Space for table time is shared, but each party will have their own designated tables for guests, food and presents.
  • Private party room upgrades MAY be available for an additional fee for some party types- see pricing for details.
  • Party/rentals agreement must be signed online.
  • Payment & agreement due at time of booking.
  • Any additional costs including but not limited to cost increase due to a total number of participants must be paid on day of event.
  • Written cancellation notice must be received & authorized 14 business days prior to the party/rental date to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations received less than 14 days from event date are non-refundable.
  • Waivers required for all participating guests.
