Inchworms

Designed for curious and active babies ages 6–12 months, Inchworms supports this exciting stage of development through movement, music, songs, and play. As babies work toward important milestones such as sitting independently, crawling, transitioning between positions, pulling to stand, cruising, and developing balance, they will participate in activities that encourage gross motor development, body awareness, coordination, and sensory exploration. Caregivers and babies will also enjoy gentle stretching, strengthening, and interactive bonding activities in a fun and supportive environment. This class helps build confidence, encourages exploration, and supports the growing independence of your little inchworm.
