One calendar month notice is required for cancellation of a class or membership. Notice must be given prior to the first of the month to cancel for the end of the following month. In most cases, next month is your final billed month. *Cancellation not applicable for session or contract based programs.
Example: If you would like February to be your final month of classes, we would need your written cancellation request to be submitted in January.
Unfortunately we cannot accept verbal requests for cancellations, all cancellation requests must be in writing. You can easily submit a written request via our cancellation form that can be found by clicking here or send us an email: [email protected]. After we receive your written cancellation request, it will be processed for the end of the following month. (See above for cancellation policy details)
No. As long as there is room in a class, transfers can be made at any time!
Unfortunately no. Since we run our classes on a ratio basis, we are unable to hold a spot in a class. We do offer transfers to other programs, or we can find another day and/or time that may work better for you. We can also put open gym/swim passes on file for any missed classes that may happen before the cancellation date. To make sure you get an open pass on file for missed classes, you must mark your child absent prior to the class in the parent portal.
ABK has a medical hold/cancellation policy in place. A medical note is required to be emailed to [email protected]. We will then reach out with your specific hold/cancellation options, which will take effect as of the day we receive the medical note.
Monthly tuition for classes is based on your child having 4 classes in a month. There are some months where your child will have a 5th class, and we do not charge for the additional class. This additional class is used as a ‘make up’ for holidays. You can find a full list of our holiday closures by clicking here.
If your child is going to miss their class, you can notify us by email, phone or through the parent portal. We will add an open gym/swim pass to your account as long as we are notified of the missed class prior to the class day/time. Passes are good for 90 days after the missed class.
We can add your child to the waiting list for a class. As soon as we have an open spot in class, we will contact you to confirm if you still want the class. There is no charge to be on a waitlist, and you can be on as many as you want!
No, walk-ins are welcome! Doing a pre-registration will help save you time when you sign in, and it does help our staff get an idea of how many kiddos to expect.
Open passes do stay with the student and cannot be shared or transferred to another child.
