Kristina is a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Yoga Teacher, and Certified Nutrition Coach. Kristina is also a certified Tribe Coach, Barre teacher, and Cycle Instructor through Spinning. She loves inspiring others to find their inner passion for health and wellness. Her goal is to reach every person’s heart that comes to her class and help them find their inner fire to keep working towards healthy goals. Volleyball Instructor
Volleyball is Caiti’s first love: from the first practice in 7th grade and all through college. She played 3 years on the varsity team for North Medford High School and continued playing all 4 years of college. After playing middle blocker for the Linfield College Wildcats she gained some coaching experience at the high school level.Caiti’s main position was middle blocker and opposite but she also has some experience as a back up setter. She feels it is so important for every player to have a well rounded skill set, which is why her training sessions are so heavily focused on fundamentals! Motto: “You can be as good as you want to be IF you want to put the time and work in.”

Group Fitness Instructor
Jen is a wife, mom, cosmetologist, and fitness enthusiast! She truly believes that taking care of yourself is an essential part of taking care of your family. Whether it's hiking through the mountains or running along the coast, fresh air is liberating for her. Team races, such as Spartans and Ragnar, are right up her alley as well. Jen finds it beneficial to have a goal she is working toward and looking forward to, while still making a conscious effort to 'enjoy the ride'! Specialties: Creating a come as you are, just come feel approach and bringing energy, entertainment and bonding that comes with group fitness classes. Jen is a certified High Fitness instructor. Lindsey is a Master Degree certified Physical and Health Educator, an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor, a certified soccer coach with 15+ years of experience, and a certified PiYo instructor. She dreams of a society where people of all ages and sizes, are driven to become the best person they can physically and mentally be. She dreams of a world where parents and their children workout side-by-side.   Specialties: Lindsey is a full time Physical and Health Educator in the Medford School district, and have been for 5+ years). She has specialized in instructing people in all walks of life, including special abilities (Adaptive Fitness). Lindsey has been a soccer player throughout her life reaching an elite level in college and this passion has now translated into coaching soccer U-5 up through high school. Child Care Instructor, Court House Coach
Aubrey has lived in the valley her whole life, she has a background in softball, basketball, and soccer. Next fall Aubrey will be pursuing a bachelors of fine arts in musical theatre with a minor in childhood development at the University of Utah. Aubrey has a background in childcare, spending the last two years as a nanny. She also has experience in coaching youth basketball camps. Motto: “Work hard, but don’t forget to have fun.”

Tyler Cochran
Basketball Coach
Tyler is a 20 year old born and raised in Medford Oregon. He grew up doing gymnastics at ABK before moving gyms where he won multiple state championships. Tyler started playing basketball when he was 10 and went to the state playoffs 3 out of the 4 years of high school. He played 2 years of college basketball and went to the NWACC tournament his sophomore year. Tyler has been coaching and refereeing basketball for 6 years. Tyler’s specialties include: youth camps, basketball personal training, and teaching kids to develop a good sense of integrity and strong moral compass in order to face life head on. Motto: “You don't get better on the days you want to. You get better on the days you DON'T want to.”

Danielle has loved fitness her entire life, and has grown into this profession through passion and experience. She was left paralyzed from the knee down on her left leg after a boating accident, so she understand the importance of movement and a mind/body connection. Danielle wants to help others achieve that connection and support them in their fitness journey. She loves training people and wants nothing more than to help others experience all of the physical, emotional, and mental benefits of movement. Danielle is certified in NASM’s CPT and Corrective Exercise Training Programs. Additionally, she is certified with Silversneakers. Specialities: The experiences in her life have shaped her creativity as a Fitness trainer and instructor. From the countries she's traveled in, to space, time, or equipment constraints, to becoming paralyzed and needing to learn how to move, Danielle has learned to create workouts for all circumstances and abilities. Cypresse is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and has been teaching Yoga for 20 years in the Northwest and Southwest. She teaches Flow classes with an emphasis on safety, alignment and Yogic principle. Her main teaching guide is to comfort the challenged and challenge the comfortable. Ursula is a Certified Group Fitness and indoor cycling instructor. She is a certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA and a certified Cycle Instructor through Spinning. After a year of participating in group fitness and losing over seventy-five pounds she decided to teach group fitness and indoor cycling- the two classes that changed her life. This motivation has led her to teach for the last eight years. When she isn’t teaching, she is spending her time with her five children. They love to go hiking, kayaking, biking and do other physical activities. Specialties: High energy motivation and enthusiasm in every class. Amy has always been around sports and the gym all of her adolescent and adult life. She loves to help the community and the ones around her. In the most recent years, she refereed basketball for middle school students, has helped with special olympics, and has competed in a bodybuilding competition. Amy competed at the junior olympic level in track and field and now really enjoys helping others find their true potential through movement. When Amy isn’t at the gym or helping others, she teaches Early Childhood Special Education. She prides herself on helping others and knows that not everyone learns or moves in the same way. Specialties: Helping people realize that through movement they can become a better version of themselves, no matter their abilities. Group Fitness Instructor
Crystal is a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and has been teaching/coaching group fitness and small group training in the Rogue Valley for eight years. She also holds a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and has training in TRX, and is certified in Beyond Mat Science, Core De Force, BODYSHRED, Insanity Live, and Tribe. Crystal loves all elements of physical fitness and the creativity that comes with fine tuning those skill sets. Physical fitness can be fun. It’s rewarding showing people how to make it enjoyable, in a way that challenges them beyond what they knew they could do. Specialties: Sports conditioning is where Crystal started, and still specializes in. Her specialties have evolved further: there is a regression and progression for every movement, no matter the level, goal or even injury. Crystal works with people at their level. Sarah is most recently certified as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She has devoted much of her time over the past 18 years in the fitness industry including several bodybuilding competitions. She loves teaching group classes and finds great reward in motivating individuals to move past what they believe to be unachievable. Emily has been an AFAA certified Group Instructor for over 8 years and recently added Barre Intensity to her certifications list. She teaches Mat Pilates as well as Athletic conditioning and Boot Camp classes. Emily played four years of collegiate level soccer where her passion for training and conditioning really began! Emily received her US Soccer level E coaching license and coached Varsity level soccer for 6 years at North Medford High School. She enjoys seeing a diverse range of abilities come into class and gain quality movement. Emily's goal is to empower, strengthen, improve mobility and have fun! Carla started martial arts at the age of 7 at her father’s dojo and she is a second degree black belt. She also spends time training people in martial arts and boxing classes for competitions. Her other love is dance and she began teaching Zumba at the age of 18. Zumba is a great part of her life and she loves to encourage others to dance and have fun! Carla is a certified Group Fitness Instructor through SCW Fitness Education. Baseball has been a consistent influence in Andrew's life, it has given him irreplaceable skills and lifelong friendships. He began coaching for Fernando Cortez Baseball in San Diego and managed the Brickyard Cages for 4 years. He coached at Francis Parker High School and worked for former MLB player/coach Merv Rettenmund. Andrew began practicing yoga and functional movement to recover from many years of catching on the baseball diamond. He believes in Myofascial Release and corrective exercise to enhance walking. throwing and running mechanics. Andrew completed a 200 hr yoga teacher training at Corepower yoga in 2015 and a 200 hr training at Riff's Studio in 2016. Court House Lead Personal Trainer, SST Coach, & Customer Service Specialist
Matthew Pronesti BS, NASM CPT, native of Medford, OR as well as a South Medford Alum. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Former NCAA Division II athlete for Merrimack College, and Division I athlete for Portland State University, where he received two degrees in Health Studies and Physical Activity & Exercise. Matt has experience in sports performance training as well as speed/agility development with a concentration in youth athletes. She enjoys her new role in remote support and loves that she gets to remain part of the staff family. Keyari has been playing basketball for more than 13 years. During her career at South Medford High School she won a state championship her freshman year, going 30-0, and went to the state tournament every year. Keyari then went on to play at Pepperdine University and graduated April 2019 with a BS Business Administration, a minor Hispanic Studies, and completion of the Pre-med course load. Keyari specializes in basketball training. This includes youth camps/classes/training, and group fitness classes. Motto: Everything happens for a reason.

Jayson Tonkin, BS, NASM CPT, has over 30 years of experience in athletic and personal training. A prior collegiate athlete at SOU (SOCS), former competitive power lifter and bodybuilder, Jayson enjoys all areas of fitness from athletic sports conditioning, post rehabilitation, special populations to general health. Thomas currently attends Oregon State University for Horticulture and is excited to be with the Court House Family as an assistant baseball coach. Thomas’s focus is on punctuality. After seven years in the Navy as a Crew Chief and Rescue Swimmer Thomas is passing on the mental concepts that drive the US military. Sam is a former collegiate football player and All-Conference defensive lineman for Southern Oregon University from 2015-2017.
