She was left paralyzed from the knee down on her left leg after a boating accident, so she understand the importance of movement and a mind/body connection. About Andrew: Andrew began doing team yoga with his high school baseball team and didn’t think much of it at the time. His body was in pain when he finished playing baseball in college so he turned to the ocean and yoga to initiate healing. Andrew completed a 200 hr teacher training at Corepower Yoga in 2015 and a 200 hr training at Riff’s Studio in 2016. He uses yoga as a tool to enhance walking and running mechanics. His favorite types of yoga are yin yoga and yoga therapy! Specialties: Andrew aims to provide a safe space for everyone to be themselves and connect deeper with their inner peace of mind.
