STRONG BODY– A full body workout utilizing weights, body weight, and cardio intervals. This class is easily modified for all fitness levels.
GROUP STRENGTH– Group Strength is YOUR HOUR OF POWER! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. We combine squats, lunges, presses and curls with functional integrated exercises. Get motivated with great music and a thrilling group fitness atmosphere.
CYCLING– This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Beginner or advanced riders welcome! (45 min)
SALSA BOXING- Salsa Boxing is a fun family group exercise class. It combines Latin rhythms along with new pop music to make a fun upbeat cardio class. We incorporate boxing drills with Latin dance salsa, merengue, bachata and hip hop. This class is for any age and fitness level.
ZUMBA– This class is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.”
CORE & MORE – A 30 minute core focused class mixed with stretching for the ultimate balanced body. It gets every muscle group and helps benefit the core by incorporating a well rounded ab based workout. With upbeat music to make it an exciting workout, this class is great for all ages.
GENTLE YOGA– This 60 minute vinyasa yoga class, set to calm, inspiring music, will warm up the muscles from head to toe, while creating lean, strong muscle tone and improved flexibility and strength. This class is suitable for all levels and is great for anyone looking to develop a yoga practice.
PIYO – A total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it.
H.I.I.T. CIRCUIT – High-intensity interval training is a technique in which you power out maximum effort in quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short rest & recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 30 minutes with the perfect combo of cardio and strength.
SILVER SHOES – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights and elastic bands are offered for resistance. A chair can be used for seated or standing support.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS-Train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. We incorporate, resistance training and cardio work to make you stronger for tomorrow!
POWER CIRCUIT TRAINING-Bring your inner athlete to this class! Stations will be set up so you can work at your own pace and we will combine H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training), fun drills and use equipment such as kettlebells, resistance tubing and Bosu Balls.
PILATES- This class focuses on balancing all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
BOOT CAMP- We will focus on increasing muscle strength and cardio endurance by doing various plyometric and cardio intervals with little rest between exercises.
R.I.P.P.E.D- Combines Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Core training. Designed to help everybody meet their ultimate fitness goals in a super fun group exercise environment.
