OUR VISION

The Court House at Athletic Edge is a unique and affordable family fitness facility in southern Oregon. With indoor turf and sport court availability, AE has a distinct sport performance feel! Whether you are discovering fitness, maintaining a healthy lifestyle or training for your favorite sport or event, Athletic Edge offers the perfect atmosphere to help you reach your personal goals! Our gym members range from beginners to professional athletes and from youth to seniors.

MEMBERSHIP PRICING

At The Court House our dedication to the fitness and well-being of southern Oregon drives us to bring you affordable access in a creative fitness environment. You are unique. Your gym should be, too. One-time $10 access fob purchase. One full calendar month notice in writing to cancel. Last month’s dues paid upon sign-up. Guest Passes can be purchased during office hours for $10, with signed electronic waiver.

Membership Definitions:

Couple: married, domestic partners, parent/child (children must be under 21)

Family: Up to 4 family members, does not include grandparents, aunts/uncles, etc. (children must be under 21). Family members must live at the same address, with the exception of college students. The fifth and sixth family members (and so on) are billed at an additional $10 monthly each.

STRONG BODY– A full body workout utilizing weights, body weight, and cardio intervals. This class is easily modified for all fitness levels.

CYCLING– This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Beginner or advanced riders welcome!

ABS/STRETCH– We combine 15 minutes of exercises for the core and 15 minutes of full body stretching, focusing on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength. Finish your workout with a full body stretch to unwind those hard working muscles!

SALSA BOXING- Salsa Boxing is a fun family group exercise class. It combines Latin rhythms along with new pop music to make a fun upbeat cardio class. We incorporate boxing drills with Latin dance salsa, merengue, bachata and hip hop. This class is for any age and fitness level.

ZUMBA– This class is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.”

BUTI YOGA– This class is a calorie-scorching workout that fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting primal movement.  Created by Celebrity Trainer Bizzie Gold, Buti Yoga utilities the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body.

YOGA FLOW– This 60 minute vinyasa yoga class, set to calm, inspiring music, will warm up the muscles from head to toe, while creating lean, strong muscle tone and improved flexibility and strength.  This class is suitable for all levels and is great for anyone looking to develop a yoga practice.
